New Century provides a variety of support services to help assure successful implementation at your school. Prior to installation, New Century representatives review and confirm implementation with administrators, including the targeted population and the instructional model. New Century installers work with district technical staff to assure proper set-up, given the district’s hardware and networking configurations. Teacher training (typically one day) is provided by New Century’s Educational Service Managers (ESMs).
During subsequent site support visits, New Century ESMs typically meet with teachers, observe and make recommendations as to opportunities to improve implementation with their particular classroom/student needs. It is also an opportunity to answer questions that naturally arise as teachers develop further skill with and understanding of the software. During the visit, the ESM will assure that reports, such as the Group Dynamic Progress and Group Objectives Mastery Report, are run and reviewed with the teachers and administrators to confirm time on task and gains are being generated.
New Century maintains a toll free customer support hotline at (866) 326-1133 and email support at email@example.com for any teacher or administrator who seeks assistance with the reports, the assignment of curriculum, or any other issue in using the software. Technical support is also available to assist district staff in moving licenses, or assisting with changes being made to the network or hardware environment. Continued software support and software upgrades are available under annual software support services contracts after the first year of installation.
